Barrington Tops - Barrington Country Retreat - Australia NSW

Hi Everyone,

Now lets head to a place called Barrington Tops in NSW. My family and I wanted to go somewhere just to totally relax and unwind far from the hassle and bustle of the Suburbs. My family and I drove to our accommodation at Barringtons Country Retreat which is located in the heart of Barrington Tops close to the Chichester Dam. 

Barrington Tops is set on 200 acres. They offer a unique range of accommodation ideally suited to couples and families. We stayed at one of their cabins called BANKSIA. This can accommodate up to 6 persons. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with corner spa ensuite and other beds are in the open plan area with a double bed and two single beds. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. It also has an air condition, a kitchenette, log fire, TV with built in DVD/CD, but the best thing about the cabin is its private verandah with views down the Bellbird valley. We arrived quite late so it was a bit dark, we were able to see the beauty of the valley as soon as we woke up the next morning. Not only did we see the valley but we were also welcomed by beautiful horses, colorful birds, wallabies and ducks. See the beauty and serenity of this place as captured below.

Banksia is ideal for that country getaway with the family. While at Barringtons Country Retreat, you can also do the following activities:

Horse Trail Rides, Mountain Bike Hire, Bushwalking, Swimming, Tennis and Golf.
